Integrated Management SIG Organisation Role Description
The following requirements are additional to those of an IMSIG Steering Committee Member
Reports to IMSIG Chair.
Strong liaison with the IMSIG Marketing and Social Media Officer.
Nature and Purpose of the Role
To promote membership of the Integrated Management Special Interest Group and to help publicise all aspects of its existence and benefits.
Execute the IMSIG strategic plan
Identify the needs of IMSIG membership
Work with other committee members to provide services, tools, training and information to meet the needs of IMSIG membership.
Report membership data and satisfaction to the IMSIG steering committee.
Produce a brief performance statement of area of responsibility for inclusion in the main IMSIG annual report.
Comply with IMSIG formal governance arrangements.
About 3 hours per month.

Learning and development.
Awareness and understanding of MSS 1000.
Customer satisfaction survey methods.
Knowledge of current and evolving needs and continuing continual professional development of management practitioners, professional bodies and different types of organisation.
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Awards
Approximately 30 hours, depending on professional body.
